Grow Your Own Organic Mushrooms with Fat Moon Farm

Receive mentoring and guidance through your first mushroom harvest and learn all about the amazing world and uses of fungi! Join Elizabeth Almeida of Fat Moon Farm for hands-on classes and enjoy delicious mushrooms grown right at home. Classes will be held via Zoom and hosted by Fat Moon Farm. Students are expected to attend all three virtual classes.

CLASS COST (2 levels):
Level 1: $75 per person – Includes 1 Shiitake grow block, 3 hours of instruction, and 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms
Level 2: $100 per person – Includes 2 grow blocks (1 Shiitake and 1 Oyster), 3 hours of instruction, and 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms
Each block can be expected to produce 2-3 pounds of mushrooms.

PICKING UP YOUR MUSHROOM GROW KIT:
Mushroom grow kits can be picked up by 4pm on Friday, April 2, at Mill City Grows Headquarters, 19 Hall Street, Lowell, 01854.
